Living in Lubbock all is life and starting out as a dishwasher at Orlando's at the age of 15 and then working his way up to become the Head Kitchen Manager at Caprock Cafe after 25 years is quite an accomplishment. Whether it's coordinating with the waitstaff, ensuring smooth service, or handling customer inquiries, Daniel's expertise in both front and back of house operations makes him a valuable asset to the restaurant. His versatility and understanding of the entire restaurant experience contribute to his success as a Head Kitchen Manager.
