Lance Shook

2023 Lubbock Chapter Chair

Lance's journey in the hospitality industry began over 30 years ago when he started his career as a dishwasher. He then headed to Lubbock where he was promoted into restaurant management. This led him to Austin, where he continued his restaurant management career with La Madeleine, and then relocated to Houston.

In 2017 he made his way back to Lubbock, working as Caprock Café’s General Manager. Lance loves our industry because the people are hardworking, devoted to their careers and most importantly welcoming to anyone who steps through the doors of their establishment.
