Debbie Glenn and co-owner J. Ross Martin opened The Red Brick Tavern as a foodie destination within the downtown Conroe area. Since then the tavern has served a variety of house-created dishes, so locals could have easier access to "foodie food." Described as an upscale comfort food destination, The Red Brick Tavern also serves as a live music destination for both locals and visitors.
