Matthew Mabel founded Surrender, Inc. in 1991 to help owners of successful multi-unit restaurant groups increase revenue, profit, unit count, and harmony in their organizations, and freedom and flexibility in ownership personal lives. He says “owning an independent multi-unit restaurant company ought to be a joy. Let’s make it that way.”

As a result of his work, clients have experienced millions of dollars of profit increases. They have clear paths to growth even after a period when it seemed they could not handle any more restaurants. They create cohesive and sophisticated leadership teams who enjoy working together. They enjoy time at their vacation homes and with their families following years when they felt there was no time to leave work.
