AUSTIN, TX (February 14, 2024) — Today, the Texas Restaurant Association announced a partnership between the Texas Restaurant Show and Eat Local. Eat Often., a grassroots initiative that encourages patrons to support local businesses and cuisine to help bolster regional economic impact. The initiative, which emerged during the pandemic, urged communities to support local restaurants and help them keep their doors open for business.  It has since evolved to become a rallying cry for the restaurant and foodservice industry, driving advocacy of local businesses and local cuisine. 

From Saturday, July 13-15, 2024, industry professionals and enthusiasts alike will gather at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio Texas to explore an exciting showcase of trending innovative products and services in the culinary world. From state-of-the-art kitchen equipment to game-changing technology solutions, the Texas Restaurant Show is the ultimate destination for those seeking to stay ahead of the curve.

The Texas Restaurant Show is the second largest restaurant show in the country and brings over 5,000 attendees and more than 500 exhibitors. Companies like Ben E. Keith, Auto-chlor, Coca-Cola, Ecolab, Uber Eats and Nolan Ryan Beef will be among the featured vendors to showcase their products and services. To help restaurants stay competitive and grow profit margins, the show plans to integrate more exhibitors from across the globe from countries like Mexico, Italy and Japan. The 2024 Texas Restaurant Show, will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio July 13-15, 2024.
