AUSTIN, TX (February 14, 2024) — The Texas Restaurant Show, now in its 87th year, is set to serve up delicious food and beverage displays, cutting-edge products and equipment, innovative technology, and the latest foodservice news and trends. With over 450 exhibitors, this event promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience for restaurant owners and operators.

From Saturday, July 13-15, 2024, industry professionals and enthusiasts alike will gather at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio Texas to explore an exciting showcase of trending innovative products and services in the culinary world. From state-of-the-art kitchen equipment to game-changing technology solutions, the Texas Restaurant Show is the ultimate destination for those seeking to stay ahead of the curve.

The Texas Restaurant Show is the legacy event owned and produced by the Texas Restaurant Association, the advocate and resource for the more than 55,000 locations that make up the Texas foodservice community.  The Texas foodservice industry leads the country with $95.1 billion in annual revenues with the anticipation of reaching $100 billion in 2024 with a workforce of 1.3 million representing 11% of the State’s workforce.

The competition will be followed by the Texas Restaurant Awards, with all proceeds benefiting the important work of the Texas Restaurant Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
