Scott Williams

East Texas Chapter Chair

Scott Williams has worked every role in the restaurant business—from busser at 16 to chef, manager, and now multi-concept owner. In 2012, he purchased San Pedro’s in Chandler, growing weekly guests from 800 to 2,400. Since then, he’s launched and expanded a portfolio of acclaimed concepts, including FD’s GrillHouse, Javi’s Restaurant, Twelve Kitchen + Cocktails, III Palms, and Villaggio del Vino—employing over 400 team members across East Texas.

A devoted husband to Maddie and father of five, Scott is driven by culinary excellence, community impact, and developing the industry’s next generation. As Chairman, he is committed to championing local restaurateurs and elevating the East Texas dining scene.
