With more than 30 years of experience in the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) and restaurant industries, Mario has built a career rooted in leadership, operations excellence, and community engagement. He began his journey at Celebration Station in Austin, Texas, and has since held key roles with respected brands including Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, GameWorks, Palace Entertainment, Jillian’s, Dave & Buster’s, and River Plantation Country Club.

Throughout his career, Mario has developed extensive expertise in business operations, restaurant and bar management, grassroots marketing, and has built strong community partnerships. In 2005 his passion for creating memorable guest experiences ultimately led him to Conroe, Texas, where he now serves as Managing Partner and Owner of Conroe’s Incredible Pizza Company — a place built on the belief that nothing tops our pizza but the fun.
