ROBERT VALVANO

Southeast Texas Chapter Chair

Robert Valvano, a seasoned restaurant professional with 15 years of experience, has taken on a diverse range of roles within the industry, including some unconventional positions. Notably, he served as the house DJ for one of the restaurants in the group and even wears the Santa Claus costume for the annual Santa Paws photo events organized by his restaurant group. Currently, he oversees a rapidly expanding restaurant group that boasts eight restaurants and bars in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana, with an additional location in the Fort Worth area.

Despite his demanding schedule, Robert remains a devoted husband to Abigail and actively participates in his role as a father and stepfather to his three daughters and one dog. Additionally, he serves on the board of a non-profit organization he co-founded in Southeast Texas called No Bad Days. This organization raises funds to support families facing medical emergencies.
