Culinary Educators Training Conference (CETC) Has Gone Virtual!

 

Part 1: Back to Basics Boot Camp
Brought to you by Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, St. Philip’s College and the Texas Beef Council

Held in conjunction with the Culinary Educators Training Conference (CETC), Back to Basics Boot Camp was created to serve as a refresher course for existing culinary educators and to provide rudimentary instruction for conference attendees new to their role as a culinary educator or the industry. 

The goal is to provide educators with the necessary culinary skills needed to navigate the culinary environment. We aim to expose you to hands-on training that will inspire and deliver creative ideas that can be incorporated into your classrooms. This year, Back to Basics Boot Camp will be a self-guided training program.

Register to receive links for each webinar. This 4-day virtual conference will feature industry professionals and chefs conducting sessions with one-hour breaks in between sessions

Each attendee must register individually using a unique email address. Texas ProStart educator, please register using your school email address. You will be asked for a summer email address once you begin registration. THIS IS MANDATORY. Please provide a PHYSICAL address as we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
 

Cost: $75 Texas ProStart Educators
$99 - Non-ProStart Educators
