The Texas Restaurant Association is committed to providing our members with resources and opportunities to help manage elements within our control. We are your voice and stand together with you in these challenging times. We have created a comprehensive resource to keep our members up to date on the latest coronavirus information, and how to keep your business safe. This online resource will continue to be updated as more information is made available by the CDC and other health organizations.

Every night we send out a recap email to our entire database of the work done that day, new resources, answers to common questions, and action alerts for advocacy. Not receiving that email? Let us know and we'll add you: communications@txrestaurant.org

TRA has opened up our mobile app (typically only available for members) for use by any restaurant owner, manager, or staff member.

Mass Claims Program

The Mass Claims program is now part of The Texas Workforce Commission Employer Benefits Services (EBS). To submit a new Mass Claims request, log on to Employer Benefits Services (EBS) at least five business days before the scheduled layoff. Submitting your request online is quick, easy, secure, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Employers can also log on to assign and modify users and their permissions in the Administrator feature in EBS. Please reference the following user guides, found on EBS, for Mass Claims and the Administrator features:
